Hmm, I guess this is kind of like the chicken-and-egg question... so which did come first, Luna's power, or Cephied? I'm kind of leaning toward the first option, that it was Luna's power that attracted Cephied's power in the first place. I guess I rather like that idea. I wonder what Xellos thinks, though...
